Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address.
Soul of Papers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
International Shipping
Soul of Papers ships to selected international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Other government-imposed charges
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries, regions, or addresses where shipping is unavailable or restricted by law.
