We prohibit the unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sale of products or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and rights of publicity.

All original content on the Soul of Papers website, including product designs, pop-up card structures, illustrations, photographs, graphics, written content, and other creative materials, is owned by Soul of Papers or used with appropriate authorization, unless otherwise stated. Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Soul of Papers will review properly submitted intellectual property complaints and, where appropriate and required by applicable law, remove or disable access to material that it believes in good faith infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. We may also take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including restricting access to our website or terminating access to our services where warranted.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content appearing on the Soul of Papers website, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice to support@soulofpapers.com

Your notice should include the following information:

1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed rights.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, you may provide a representative list of those works.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material: The specific URL or other information sufficient to help us locate the material on the Soul of Papers website.
4. Contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if available.
5. Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy and authorization statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving a sufficiently complete and legally compliant notice, Soul of Papers will review the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that knowingly making material misrepresentations in an intellectual property complaint may result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether the material infringes another party’s copyright, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.

COUNTER-NOTICE POLICY

If you believe that a claim of copyright infringement was filed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to Soul of Papers. If you knowingly misrepresent that the removed material is not infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. If you are unsure whether the material infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, please consult an attorney before submitting a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must be submitted to support@soulofpapers.com and include the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
3. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling, such as the relevant Soul of Papers product page URL.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, as required by the DMCA, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their authorized agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Soul of Papers may forward a copy to the original complaining party and will follow the applicable DMCA procedures. Where required by law, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, as provided under the DMCA.
