At Soul of Papers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Include all original contents and accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards;
  • Clearance or final sale items;
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
  • Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photos of the product;
  • Photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Exchange the item;
  • Issue a full or partial refund;
  • Offer another appropriate resolution.

Return Process

Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Support team for return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped;
  • The item arrived damaged;
  • The product is defective due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you would like a different design or product after receiving your order, we recommend placing a new order after completing the return process, if your item is eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
